LEJ Design project things that go bump in the night

Halloween will be with us soon so I thought it would be a good idea to tie in this weeks challenge over at http://lejdesignschallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk/ and our monthly prize over at The friendly crafters on Facebook and make something that anyone can do even children . So I made a trick or treat bag.

Just For Fun October Buttons & Bows

Here is a card I have done for The Just For Fun Design team 

I cut out the card using my cricut and layered beige over pink . I made the buttons from card punched the out and drew the holes on used mock stitch with a gel pen, punched holes in the sleeves added my ribbon with a double bow and there you have it a nice simple card .

Halloween sweet jar / LEJ Designs challenge

What a fabulous theme for this months challenge over at LEJ Designs Dark/Gothic . This is my design and i loved creating this one .

INGREDIENTS :

Black card stock

lace / trimmings

chain with crosses 

copic markers

METHOD:

I firstly made the witches hat by gluing a piece of black card into a cone and then cut a large circle for the base glued them together and covered in lace . I used my copic markers and colored the image and set it at the font of the hat , adding a pin and flower , then popped it on a lid and added a trim round the lid . I lined the inside of the jar with black card and wrapped black chain and crosses to the jar . I hope this will inspire you to join in the challenge this week . LEJ Designs LAYERS

Oh my how time fly's . I was so ill the last fortnight that I was unable to do a project for LEJ Designs :( , But I am so happy to be well enough to do this one . The theme for this one is layers so here is my project .............................

Well here is what i did ......

I firstly cut out all the layers on my cricut 

Then used this beautiful design from Lej Designs that you can purchase here http://www.lejdesigns.co.uk/She has some fantastic Digis . I cut a heart shape around the design after using my copics to colour her in.

Just For Fun DT autumn colours project

As a DT member of Just For Fun I made this card to represent Septembers Autumn colours challenge . ********and the prize is fantastic an generously donated by one of the DT marie .******

So pop over and join.in the fun

  So how did I do this ? Well firstly i took a card measuring 12 x 5.5 and scored it at 3.5 and 6.5 . I then added some lovely Autumn coloured layers from my stash and used my big shot to cut a die lace circle out . added layers to the lace circle and then made a layered tag . I then layered a sentiment and popped it up with pads and there you have it. thank you for popping in and haveing a lookie . I hope it inspires you to have a go and enter this months competition .
