January 2014 . I hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and that this year will bring you overwhelming blessing . I hope that your year will be better than the last . To start off the new year i will need firstly to announce the winner of last year December. Mid month inspirations for Januaries anything goes challenge

Well it is half way through and we have decided to do a few more dt projects for your inspiration . So i would like to thank my lovely dt teamies for there fabulous extras just for all of you to be inspired .

LEJ DT January's project

LEJ DT January's project  

Well Lej designs has now started a fresh new year with a fresh new monthly challenge and this is my first one for the year .

How Did I make this , well first of all i got a fantastic bargain and bought quite a few spectrum noir pens and i couldn't wait to try them out so i uploaded a fabulous digi from LEJ Designs and colored it in 

 I wanted to layer it so I made my own background colored card by filling in spots with the same color pens 

I then shaded the edges of another piece of card and cut the shape from my big shot 

 I added a sentiment that you can purchase from LEJ Designs and placed them on a card that i cut from my big shot also and wala ! here is the finished result . I hope you like what i have made and that it will encourage you to join in over at http://lejdesignschallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk/

LEJ Designs challenge monochromatic

Hello everyone here is my Design team make for http://lejdesignschallengeblog.blogspot.co.uk/ the challenge is to make something monochromatic , so i used the lovely digi called bashful from http://www.lejdesigns.co.uk/ and here it is 

i used two grand dies for shape and a smaller die for the digi i highlighted the digi in copic marker and added a poinsettia cut from anther die
